VO is my dynamic language, its weird but i like it. functional, OO and dynamic, its 'extendable' from within the language. - Unicode so Symbols are legit. - functions are first class objects, assignable to variables. - classes are hash with functions assigned to members giving methods. - as much as possible is defined within the language so its self extending. - pre/infix can be defined by the client programmer so parameter ordering is under control. - use loops and break and conditions to define all the various loop syntax sugar you know and love. - FFI is nearly trivial, ncurses and sdl wrapper examples TODO - complete control of the AST from within the language - further optimisations - ffi needs further work https://github.com/seanbutler/vo Claude assists and implements some of the features Still under regular development.
