Software Production Platform

by @sarah-robiin

I'm turning ~10 years of accumulated software infrastructure into a reusable software production platform. The stack spans a lightweight PHP framework, application kernel, Preact UI layer, generic business modules, deployment/provisioning and IaC. The rule has always been: solve recurring problems once, move them to the lowest sensible reusable layer, and let every app inherit the result. PentaPaper is the main commercial product on top. The interesting part now is that new apps increasingly need mostly domain logic + UX, while AI coding works exceptionally well because agents operate inside fixed conventions instead of inventing architecture from scratch. I'm now figuring out whether this can become a real software foundry/platform business rather than just a very elaborate internal stack.
