Mosquito Kinship Tool
Finishing up my GSoC project with MalariaGEN. We're writing a new tool to estimate kinship coefficients between mosquitoes genomes and the project got a lot bigger than I initially planned haha. I'm going to tie up a smaller part for the GSoC submission in August and then keep working on the rest for a paper we're writing up. Also a big shout out to AVX-512 and sleef, for numerical work it is just chef's kiss.
