Low latency dataflow framework

by @dummydummy1234

So I am working on building a low latency streaming dataflow framework - ala gnuradio but actually usable in production. The idea is to have deterministic latency as a first class objective and let all the other benefits fall out of that. Additionally: Live graph reconfiguration Timed events Easy simd support Support for non-mmu based architectures Imperitive configuration management and querying at the single runtime level. Can be compiled to wasm, and run in the browser (w/ coors headers). IO/user interface and any GUI is done via typescript.
