I was kind of disappointed at our HOA management system so I made my own: https://hoamy.app Started of manually, later stages I used AI for implementing similar pages, and then for reviewing my own code. (It was also an excuse to work with Nuxt / Nuxt UI as I loved the development of those projects and wanted to implement something with it.)
