I always have empty mind and half understable notes before 1-on-1s and performance review so I build a work journal that helps me get right level of details and build recaps so it's easy to look back. It's AI work journaling chat. It's called HeyCheero! Cheero is a squirrel, mascot/personality of the companion in the app. My wife and me come up with the mascot while feeding squirrels in the park. She is working on his portraits to put on the page now. At first, I was excited about building an AI app but now I'm more looking forward to creating the mascot and it's personality, haha.
