Buildnotes – Turn pull requests into "how it's made" posts I've been working on a way to take existing pull requests and turn them into "How It's Made" style content you can use outside of Github. buildnotes is an agent skill that reads a feature's issues, PRs, commits and reviews, then produces a post with real figures. Those include flow diagrams, annotated screenshots with notes in the margin, before/after comparisons, charts and real code. Also supports videos + slides, so you can share them externally too.
