I'm researching biological synthesis of oligos and small molecules. This will likely require modified proteins, so I'm setting up pipeline of some of the most common software in this area. (They vary in ease of install) I've launched this site to help run them from a web UI: https://athanortools.com/, published Rust and Python libs and a CLI application, and integrated them into my mol viewing/editing software Molchanica.
