Agentic bubble sort

Right now I'm playing around with some of the concepts mentioned by Michael Levin in his Ingressing Minds paper preprint. I'm implementing their agentic bubble sort for fun. I'm also working on finishing my novella and preparing to start studying full-time in a couple of weeks. Scary but exciting!
